Expertise and Scientific Activity:
Fabrication and study of nanostructured semiconducting metal oxides and carbon nitride aimed at their applications as catalysts. Quantum mechanics simulation of electronic, optical, and transport properties of bulk and low dimensional semiconductors. Theoretical modeling and computer simulation of charge carrier transport and related switching and memory effects in nanoelectronic and spintronic devices.
Supervised 27 PhD and 7 second degree (habilitated) doctors.
