Minsk Research Instrument-Making Institute, Engineer - Head of the Department; State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus, Head of the Department; Belarusian State Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel in Standardization, Metrology and Quality Management, Rector; Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Associate Professor. PhD thesis: "Quality management system of higher education institutions: formation of the structure of processes and evaluation of functioning", defense in 2017. Research subject: system management, more than 30 publications.
