Work at BSUIR - junior researcher, senior researcher, head of the laboratory at the Research Institute of BSUIR, assistant, associate professor.
1988 - awarded the academic degree of candidate technical sciences.
In 1995 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. Subject research - functional devices of microwave systems of telecommunications.
From 1997 to 2019, he participated in the implementation of foreign contracts with the PRC and India.
